Warranty

Manufacturer warrants as follows:
1) The manufacturer warrants smooth operations of the pumps for 13 months from date of delivery/12 months from date of dispatch (whichever is earlier)

2) Manufacturer/its designated representatives pledge themselves towards offering service support for repairing of the pumps/changing it to good one during warranty period when during testing phase it is ascertained that pump is defective through manufacturer's fault

3) On event of any pump found defective during warranty period, purchaser needs to notify in writing to manufacturer/its designated representative of any claimed defects within 15 days after such defect is noticed

4)Pump for repair/changing or testing needs to be delivered to manufacturer/its designated representative in manufacturer's packing (shipping cartons and inserts) or in analogical packing form and sent prepaid

5) Warranty will not apply to pump without seal/to damages caused through fluid spills or dropped pumps, incorrect operating conditions as well as damages caused from improper shipment to manufacturer
